Ayushmaan Dental Clinic Recommends:-
- Brush twice a day ( Preferably after breakfast and at night post dinner).
- Duration for tooth brushing should be between 2-4 minutes.
- Use a soft bristled toothbrush.
- Change your tooth brush every 2-3months or if the bristles start flaring up.
- Use a Fluoridated Toothpaste (avoid using tooth gels).
- Use Dental Floss for cleaning the spaces in between the teeth (avoid the use of tooth pick).
- Use inter-dental brush if the spaces are big/large in between the teeth.
- Use over the counter mouthwash at least once a day (ex Colgate plax).
- Massage your gums.
- Always rinse your mouth after having meals.
- Clean your tongue using the tooth brush.
- Visit your dentist every six months for check-up.
